Accenture has openings in their mobilization team under the ops division. I have been offered a role at CL9 with fixed component of around 15 LPA. I have 5.5 YOE. The offer is approximately a 100% hike on my previous salary however i was able to negotiate on my current offers from from EY and FSL (both less than Accenture offer). Is the HR lowballing me and would you have any feedback for the mobilization team.

So, after a year of not so quietly making it known that I wanted to make the transition from the tech side to the business side I have officially been extended an offer to take on a Project Manager internally (coming from a software configurer). The client I have been assigned to has many of our products, however, the specific project I have been assigned to is a problem child and has damaged the companies relationship with the client. Any advice for a new, young PM being shoved into a problem?

I am a contract employee that was just brought on a month ago. I have done well with onboarding and learning their tech. I have now been asked to design an architecture for an upcoming project, and document it all. Nothing at this company has been well documented before. I have a feeling they just planning to use my previous experience and then let me go since my pay is high. Is there a way I can safeguard against this?

It is in appropriate to ask what the compensation for a position is after a first interview if they want you to go on three more and the interviewers on my first told me that was above their pay grade to tell me?????
