For those of you hiring in tech, how has it been looking for talent and filling roles? From what I’ve heard, entry level roles seem easy to fill but experienced roles are still really difficult to find talent for…..is that what everyone else is seeing?

How good are your districts at negotiating contracts on time? Ours expire every two years. At the end of the second year we always end up going into the next school year on an expired contract and work almost the entire school year on that expired contract. It’s not that we are asking for the moon, usually our raise is about the same as the rising price of healthcare, so it ends up being a wash. The workload only increases.The district also made us put in a “no strike” clause in our contract.

I have accepted and joined in the mid of june, 2022.

As I was checking in ADP Global view portal under 'myTaxSimulator' it shows my Gross salary income as '16.68LPA'.

I'm really confused now and also half of salary received june month seems to be less.

Am I checking it correctly or is there any other portal where I can the same about my offer letter/Salary information?

Something that has really helped me lately has been creating dedicated time in the morning to consider things I'm grateful for, and also to write them in a journal. I know it could seem silly, but it has helped me shift my mindset throughout the day.
