I want out of advertising. The highs are so high, but the lows are too low. No amount of money or creative fulfillment is worth simply coexisting with my husband or fearing that I can’t have kids because of a JOB. Big advantage of this type of team is salary per hour because its quite low in Georgia rather than US. Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. My project has literally 2 people (1 technical ie Me) and I'm myself new to the technology. I'm expected to make magic happen out of thin air and I don't know how I'm gonna survive here. Any advice?

Starting a new mobile app build (greenfield project) - target to start is iOS, but may expand to Android in ~2 years time and we will need a web experience (though not necessarily the same set of functionality).
