Chase Sapphire - still the best out there?

98 almost 99k base salary in San Diego, CA not including the bonuses or OT… is this too low or reasonable?

I received an offer for $74k as underwriting analyst. Company is based out of DC. Is $74k a good offer? Or should I negotiate for more. 6 years in the industry. 5 as an account manager/underwriting assistant

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Or how much should I be making? Appreciate your help

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

When are bonuses and promotions getting announced in your company?

I want to leave my captive company. I don’t think I am ready to be totally on my own even with a cluster group etc. There is an option to be subcontractor in another independent company. I can write she said like 300 companies in many states, it would be helpful because I have many friends out of state. Is taking 25% of sales for giving CRM and companies too much? Seems like a lot. I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

Looking for opinions. I’m an IW with 2 yrs experience working from home at a Fortune 500 company w/ excellent benefits, target salary 75k. I was previously offered a job at another company where the 75k salary was guaranteed for the first year. Most people make much more than this once their comp fully ramps up, but, I would have to work in the office. I declined the offer, but now the CEO wants to meet with me several months later. Would I be crazy if I asked for 100k guaranteed salary?

I have been offered a job at grade 10 at NTT Data UK. The pay is good, however given my experience (19 years) and current designation of Associate Director in a large consulting, it looks like I should at least get a higher grade like 11. What are your thoughts? Will it be wise join at grade 10?

OR circulating nurse here. Will preface this by saying I have the utmost respect for CSFAs in the OR setting. However, wondering if any other OR RN’s have had issues with CSFAs feeling and acting like they are in charge of the room or attempt to carry out tasks that you as an RN are supposed to do? I do love having help, but we have one FA who hijacks my tasks and gets upset when i do not do things the way they would and attempts to instruct me on how to do my job

At EY is I was reimbursed for a stationary bike 2 years ago. Would EY reimburse me for a road bike this coming year? There's a stipulation that says every 5 years but I'm not sure if that means for another stationary bike or if I can get a road bike and be reimbursed.
