I am at a DoD focused startup that is drafting their military leave policy.

Our PTO is Flexible Leave = they don’t track days worked in return for days off

On Wednesday had a 2nd and final round with a director for AFS. He was no show, recruiter on PTO, her backup has no idea. Backup said he was going to schedule it for tomorrow.
