Does PTO no longer count against util?
One of the main reasons why I left Deloitte GPS as a M was because of PTO (and holidays and training...) counting against util, especially when stuck on 40 hour capped projects.
I never had problems scheduling my leave while at D, just had problems on the util side.

3 weeks is 15 days, rest 13 (of 28 days) will hit your utilization.

28 for M and above unless you were grandfathered in under the previous when it was 30 (and 25 for SC and below).

Director 1, short or long term disability are both options. If you have a direct family member you need to care for, you can get up to 16 weeks of family leave approved. FMLA (family medical leave act) also protects your job for up to 12 weeks.
