You’ll have plenty of PTO, but if you use it you won’t hit your utilization target
Alright so then the 120 seems to be only for consulting traditional track
28 days of PTO, plus holidays (NYD, MLK, memorial day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and day after, and Christmas Eve through the end of the year). This year there were some extras so it wound up with 15 US firm closure days.
15 PTO days count toward utilization.
Standard. Only real negotiation points are start date, salary, and signing bonus

About 3 weeks PTO. Sick leave is unlimited. Dont take too much or people will gossip. Best of luck!

There is not separate sick days. PTO for managers in audit is 28 days.

I would just ask the HR rep you are working with these perks may vary by levels..
Side note.. what’s the WBS code for sick days? Had to take off a day but coded it as a PTO
