Steroids won’t take you far unless you know what you’re doing and competing at the pro level. Otherwise just put the damn work.
Drugs are a slippery slope and not a long term game, first try getting to your genetic potential and then think about it.
Wouldn’t really call your example list “supplements”. They are drugs. Ritalin is a schedule 2 narcotic. Steroid (classification depends but anabolics are schedule 3).
As someone with ADHD and a concerta prescription, my doctor and I have me in a holistic treatment plan...meaning working out, eat healthy, therapy....I recommend those 3 things for everyone and then don’t take the meds. I have them but avoid them unless I’m having one of those days where I’m at my end. You don’t want to play around with taking stimulants if you don’t need them.
Let me be clear. I’m not using or considering. But know people that do, and wanted to know the wider perception held
