I've got a job offer from Deloitte Latvia ( Deloitte Central Europe) for the Riga City. The gross compensation is 3000€/monthly along with one time 2500€ as a relocation allowance with other benefits like 45€/month as Telephone reimbursement etc & other usual Deloitte benefits. Currently I've a ctc of 11 LPA at EY & 3.5 YOE. Is it worth accepting the offer after all calculations. #Deloitte #Europe #Latvia . Deloitte EY . Kindly provide some insights if u have any .

Too hard to resist 😼

Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.
Hi
Anyone facing this issue?

120k 20 years. Before I left I checked the value and it was 140k. After they “revalued” the pension two months after I left, the value dropped by 20k
There is a tool on the EY site that calculates this for you
Where do you check this?
If you take it and don't roll it into a retirement account, you'll pay the early withdrawal penalty in addition to regular income tax.
Can someone please tell us how to check this?
Word of caution: the above experiences relate to the old pension system.
$123k, 9.5 years at EY
How do you get the money? Do you need to transfer it to another pension fund or they just write you a check?
You can have them write you a check but if you do, it will be included as income for you. I just rolled mine into my 401k. They send you the He check and you need to send it to the 401k administrator. If you do that you need to contact 401k administrator first to find out exactly what needs to be on the check before EY cuts it
What was the reason for decreasing by so much?
@EY4 go to Benefits express. Go to retirement. They claimed it decreased based on federal interest rates
The amounts are based on salsry, years of service, and your age at the time. It is also based on minimum interest rates. In other words asking other people their benefit is pretty dumb as it will not really be related to yours at all unless all those factors are the same.
