Last day with EY was Nov 2 and started new job on Nov 5. EY said I will have EY health Insurance until end of November and new employer says their health insurance kicks in in first day of employment

EY maternity leave, do you get 16 weeks plus Short Term Disability? Or just the 16 weeks?

Other benefits at Consulting firms.EY contributes around 3 percent (50 percent of max 6% after 3 years). And pension is around 3 % depending upon levels and years of service. What does other offer ?
