Guys, i have offer from Deloitte & EY. (both India Practice)
But all my friends and seniors are asking me to avoid EY because of bad polices and culture.
Is it true, EY has such bad policies.?

should i join EY FCUX as an operations consulting for with 65% hike? i work at deloitte as a pmo analyst currently. can someone tell me specifically about work culture and wlb at ey fcux?
