How many of you have a "side hustle" in addition to your full-time job? I.e. consulting, writing, designing, etc. I'm curious how much more income it brings you annually and if you think it's worth it in relation to the extra time you'd have if you weren't doing it? I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons of taking on a consulting gig that would be 7-10 hours a week, and about $22-25k a year, paid out on a monthly retainer.
My bf turned into a tool when he joined Deloitte. Broke off a 4 year relationship if that puts it into context
Got a big ol ego and alpha male attitude when he started management consulting. Was awful
EY as a firm in general is less hostile as Deloitte. The people are friendly. Like all firms People are competitive but Deloitte is toxic. Went from D to EY and very happy.
I’d like to work somewhere that wines n dines me + makes me feel like i’m part of the organization
WLB is about the same though .
Depends on the city you're in. My team is great.
What city?
Agree with D1, my team is great, but I’ve also heard horror stories so it’s entirely dependent on which team you land on.
