Am I crazy to leave PA before 1 year to pivot out of accounting? Joined PA post college in 2021, I don’t want to stay in my current service line/tax, hate remote, & a got sad market adjustment. No CPA, but have a job lined up doing something more interesting in data analytics / forecasting and for 7-8% pay increase, but less vacation time. In this hot of a job market am I dumb for not leaving for a higher pay bump/before 1yr mark?
Any other advice appreciated, thx! Deloitte… more
