I have an offer of 7.8 from TCS and 2 of the other offers are in pipeline Wipro 11lpa and EY 12+20%variable and recently I've cleared JPMC how much can I ask them and how should I tell them that 2 offers are yet to receive when they ask to share offer letters

I found this in the offer letter:

By accepting, you agree that you will join on the date unless otherwise agreed to in writing with the Company. This shall be governed by the laws of India, and you hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

They have asked to sign ans send the letter as confirmation.

Is this a red flag if i dont opt to join later?

Is there any chance to update the package in TCS based on counter offer? If no, is there any reason for not accepting counter offer? How many days in advance before joining date, we should reach out to HR for this ?
