I am traveling out of the country for the holidays and kind of worried about a potential lockdown. How has the Big 4 handled situations of people getting stuck abroad? Are we allowed to work remote outside of the country in such circumstances?

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

How does it work at McKinsey / Bain ? Do those same distinctions exist across partner types, owner vs non owner?

I have a financial audit background (4 years Big-4), 1,5 year in deal advisory (half year financial due diligence department, 1 year valuation department). What is considered to be normal in relation to WBL, compensations in Dubai for such role or similar?
