Hi all, I will be joining EY GDS Strategy and Transactions profile at Noida on 7th February. Will be relocating from Jaipur as it will not be work from home. The HR told me that it will not be a hybrid model, instead i will need to go all 5 days to office. Any one joining in this profile??? And any comments or suggestions for me?? Noida will be altogether a new place for me as I have worked in Gurgaon since inception.. let me know your thoughts around it.. thanks in advance :)

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k

Looking to potentially make a switch but have heard different things across the board, including seeing that most of the job postings for senior roles in these groups are tagged to offices and don’t say remote.

Here my question is should i take this opportunity. Cause since this is only for 6 months. After that, what i can do, where should I try to get the job?

Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended. Do you know whether they will come back? How many days usually it takes HR to come back? It's the 3rd day almost.
