He got into an arguement, put his hands on another employee and threatened to put a 9 bullet in his head. I suspended him and opened an investigation. The owner is mad and feels my case is biased and suspended me. He admitted guild and its not about what happened but why! I need to protect the business & secure the victim to lessen the chance of him reporting this to EEOC or DHL. He's being a dad

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her.
