What’s a good LA or NY business litigation firm and salary to expect? I’m a 2yr with quite frankly a lot of experience across civ rights, PI, excessive force, wrongful death, employment defense, K dispute, corp. structure dispute, professional licensure. Write every kind of brief, appeals, argue motions, take depos. Am the only associate working directly under partner on all cases. In house or M&A/Real Estate Transactional are likely the end goal but want to get the litigation out of me first.

I want to quit drinking but this industry is difficult. Has anyone ever tried/have tips?

Had an interview where they asked about salary. They asked what salary I was expecting and said that they pay 6 figure salary and I responded that I’d be happy with 6 figure salary. Would that mean they won’t offer me more than 100k?

I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies. Right now, I wanted to make a switch to Aviation, Aerospace or Defense company. I’m in Texas, specifically Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. Alongside my bachelors degree I also have a masters degree in healthcare administration. Although, I am happy with my current position as a respiratory therapist, there seems to be not a lot career growth with where the department I currently work in within my healthcare system.
