Recently I got an offer from Infosys as an Associate business analyst with a 6.29lpa package. But I am a Salesforce developer and gave an interview for a Salesforce developer role. Before giving an offer letter they told verbally that I'll get an offer of 8.18 lpa but later told they didn't get approval of that and can only give 6.29lpa because of my experience. My YOE: 11 months.

Is the role name different or they are not taking me as a Salesforce developer?
