I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

Hey I was informed my position was eliminated due to corp restructure. I am a marketing vet with 10 years diverse experience from social to email and both b2b and b2c marketing. I also am about to complete my mba. I love to tell a brands story. Looking for a position at a people first company marketing manager positions or above in Atlanta or remote thanks for your help.

How do I tell a firm I screened with that another firm I screened with is moving forward with full rounds? I would prefer the former firm, even though the latter firm is ranked higher. Thanks for any advice

But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

Does PWC US division have good data engineering projects, which Includes Cloud services? I have an offer for a spark developer, but I think it's with the on-premise cluster. I would like to have an opportunity to work with cloud services.

HR says they will provide opportunity to work with cloud services, But during my technical discussion they confirmed that its for on primise clusters.

Rant: my boyfriend is so annoying with this diet! I GET IT. You want to eat healthy! But when you have your friends at our place every other weekend they order pizza and you devour most of 2 boxes! But when I want pizza or wings or burgers I have to hear a whole spiel. “Can we pick something healthier?” “You can order ___ but can I choose something else on the menu?” “I don’t knowwww” like MY GOD. Then if I order something for me he wants half or bites! Sick of it!!!

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?

Do you guys have any tips or when to purchase ticket to south east asia? All tickets I see is hovering around $2000 roundtrip.

What spas do you all recommend in Houston? I normally go to Chinatown for a cheap massage but I want to try to treat myself to a proper spa experience.
