I’m in the final rounds of my interview process for a NYC Hedge fund, non tech role. The recruiter mentioned the compensation package is bonus heavy which can be multiples of base salary. Though they will guarantee a full bonus (sign on + year end) for my first year. 300k target

My current role/company is salary focused so I’m out of my element negotiating the bonuses.

What type of questions should I ask the recruiter about the bonus payouts? Vesting?

Hello everyone. I have been working for in a firm for about 2 years in which I am the only paralegal. I must say that the people i work with are incredible however the lead attorney is completely insufferable. They call after hours constantly and love to micro manage me and other associates . Hi all, I joined a company 7 weeks ago as a motion graphics designer in the marketing team. 5 weeks after I joined, two coworkers in my team, both titled marketing associate handed in two weeks notice and leaving on the same day. They told me the reason they leave is because of the head of marketing who was my hiring manager during the interview process. Recently I receive offer letter from infosys but 1L joining bonus details not mentioned in the offer letter .does that mean they don't provide?

I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.
