When I interviewed in Accenture in job role it was showing application developer as Azure DevOps.when i received offer letter in which role showing "Quality Engineering Analyst". What type of work they will give. I was expecting to work with DevOps tool. Please give clarity on this shall I talk to hr about this? In Infosys you will get variable pay depending on your rating + unit performance. [Unit in your case will be STG]
We have 3 major ratings
OS (Outstanding) [usually gets 90% -110%]
CM (Commendable) [Usually gets 80% -95%]
ME (Met Expectations) [Usually gets 0% +70%]
These numbers are based on assumptions that the unit did well in the last quarter.
Have you been offered WFH from infosys
I opted for hybrid but I was given the option to choose wfh.
You may expect payment of variable anywhere between 70-80 percent.
For the first 6 months they'll be paying 50% variable and then it can vary be 0-100% but what happens to the other 50% which is not being paid in first 6 mo
