But I observe now Noida also having lots of opportunities and good salary equal to Bangalore and crime also deceased. In Bangalore everything is costly here u earn and spend whole..but In Noida it's cheap as I heard. Due to a mix of circumstance, hikes / job moves, i’ve 2x my salary over the last year.
However, regardless of much i earn, it feels as if i will never feel rich or save enough in a place like London. Crazy constantly increasing taxes, sky rocketing rents and early saturation in salaries. Is UK the right place to be or is it the same everywhere.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

How does contract to hire work? If I’m offered $37/hr on w2 for 3 months and then possibly a permanent position, how much can I expect to get annually as a full time company employee as a BI data analyst II? I have a M.S. and certificates in DA but this will be my first job as DA.
I prefer working for what is offered on contract without negotiating, and then negotiate when I transition into the company itself so I have a better chance of getting the contract position and show my skills.
