Best way to bring up the sloppy work of paralegal w/partner? He doesn’t mind bc he isn’t super type A but I’m constantly spending hours cleaning up things she did wrong or can’t master (simple doc formatting..). She doesn’t see the urgency or importance of clean/mistake-free work & partner won’t reinforce anything I request/recommend.

I am looking for some advice or opinions to apply for consulting jobs right now. I currently work at a mid-sized/regional firm, but plan move to a different city later this year. I have ~4 yr xp working on system implementations, IT policies/controls, and BPO, but my undergrad GPA wasn't the best (I did become a CPA and CISA though). Should I try to apply to big 3/big 4? Stay mid-sized? Get an MBA or Masters? Move and pray? Thanks in advanced for any comments!
