Recommendations for improving lower back / sciatica pain. Is there a seat cushion / lumbar support cushion that genuinely helps you? I’m all ears. I have a high quality office chair and try to use my desk in standing mode at least once a day and wear good trainers for feet support. But the lower back pain is a killer. Driving now too ends up hurting :(

Ever since I was a student I’ve always found the accounting jokes mildly humorous, and the weird “selling” personas kind of off-putting.

Would you hang out with management at your firm if you met them as a stranger? I always find it weird when you see that person who kisses partner butt, just to get a seat at an awkward dinner where the partner interrogates you about work stuff.

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible?
