While I support diversity internships, I think stuff like D’s Discovery and PwC Start exists for their own promotion and not actually for diversity. PoC are treated sub par when they are full time

PwC diversity training for managers+ focused on staffing teams by picking diverse gender,race,etc. Equality of outcome vs equality of opportunity is not discussed. Equity, not equality, is the mandate

What’s this about a “frat culture” at Deloitte and PwC i keep hearing about? I don’t get it. Referring to the WASPy and elite backgrounds of the people we tend to hire? Or something more about gender?
