Best exit ops for B4 FDD M/SM’s?
I currently make $90k with a great wlb, support systems, and colleagues. Im also set to get promoted this January which will bring me to $108,000 (no bonuses). I got an offer from Slalom Consulting for $115,000 + 8% bonus and I don't know if I should take it. Any thoughts? Happy to provide more details in the comments

Nah, all size firms reach out to all. At the end of the day client facing/public experience is valuable experience.
Yes, a big firm will look better on your resume than a small firm.

I went from mid size to EY. I’m doing basically the same job for bigger clients, more money, and a resume bump. I’d recommend it if you like the team!
What office/position, if you don’t mind me asking? Trying to figure if I’m still in the running for a position...
Depends on your reasoning. If you are happy at your mid-size firm then maybe consider staying. I left from a mid-size to pwc and it opened up much better learning ops and exit ops so I don’t have any regrets. You will definitely work longer and harder though so you have to embrace that mindset going in other wise it will be even more miserable
