Which role is the better for transfer pricing -
1) KPMG, Dublin (60% financial services industry, 40% general TP)
2) Deloitte, Reading (50% financing and treasury TP, 50% general TP) or
3) PwC, London (100% general TP)
Key considerations - learning and career progression, health care access to expats, opportunities available in"Sales" roles (for spouse) and diversity of inhabitants in the location. Role and salary are similar across the 3. Thoughts?

Depends on what level. If you are at the beginning stages of your career then general TP may be helpful. Having a broad understanding of TP across the board and later specializing may be more lucrative.

PwC London may the right one taking all factors into consideration. PwC TP team in London is massive/very competitive and work on very interesting projects. Might take a while to start standing out but this will depend on your background and level of experience.

About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. I’m already getting anxious and can’t have a full night rest with the worry of not finding a project soon and eventually getting laid off. Although I tend to stress-out easily but this type of anxiety is different. Are others feeling the same way? Also over 90% chargeability and great reviews, but seems like that may not matter with the recent layoff stories I’ve read....

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Is it sign of an Imposter Syndrome 🥺

Things have been super stressful at work lately for a variety of reasons & a couple of weeks ago I decided to raise the issues with my Creative Director.
For context, he’s the reason for a lot of these problems and I (tactfully, I think) said as much. He listened to me patiently but took no responsibility and deflected blame with every issue raised.
Today he asked me to send an email to him about how overworked I am so that he can use it to talk to management. (cont. in comments)
