Started a new job 7 months ago. There’s been a hiring freeze and it seems they canned the recruitment team. Things seems to be slowing down drastically in the span of a week. According to an article in LinkedIn new job postings are down for the first time in 9 months but still there over 10 million open jobs with only 5.9 million unemployed workers. Why is it that here I am unemployed over 4 months and still not one offer. Anyone got some positive vibes to send my way it would be appreciated! I’ve been in sales for over 20 years, b2c, b2b and account management as well as sales management. I’ve got great skills and enthusiasm to give to a great employer!

Project has a resources that’s the project manager that started work year ago ( graduated college a year ago) they have some prior BA experience and compenranf but not project managers material.. I get that we need to have profits up and put lower cost rates but this is going to not work out well at all

Should I leave my company? Been here 1.5 years and was told I was getting a management promotion 5-6 months ago.Still no solid traction and they are opening up a req for it 😑no one on the current sales team has ever been promoted (2 years)except our boss who has been promoted 3 times. We hit quote every month/q/year by a lot. I have several offers at double my OTE. Already asked what the timeline is for a new manager and I was told soon and I'm "up for consideration." PwC Global Mobility and along with all ACs are sold to CD&R. PwC AC GMS will no longer be PwC anymore but will be a new company all together. What is your take on this? Also, what about the new hires joining "PwC" now and getting to know that they won't be part of the brand in the next 6 months?
