Looking to use Capco's wellness reimbursement for a gym membership. The company site includes Crunch fitness and states it will subsidize up to $50/month, which brings the $110/monthly fee down to $60. The general manager at a Crunch gym said Capco's subsidized plan cost is $25/month total, which is a significant discount compared to what the internal site states. Which one is right? What are you guys getting? Capco

Mid-May once sanitizers, masks, and testing kits become readily available for the general public. Firms will probably start telling employees to expense those items and practice caution and return to travel. If everyone wears masks, washes hands, don't touch face, use sanitizers regularly, and do daily testing, it's possible to gradually return to normal life without much risk. Yes, there will still be some idiots that tested positive or refusing to test running around, but exposure with all these precautions will be very low. In addition, there will be a tipping point for many families where they have to make a decision between total financial ruin and taking that risk. Most likely that will be mid-May according to most estimations.
What are airports and passport controls take on respirators and masks? Seems pointless to have it all on all the time then simply expose yourself like that at last minute.
The test you posted a pic of doesn’t actually test for the virus, it tests for antibodies to the virus (if it’s positive, that means you’ve already been exposed and your immune system has responded...and if we are lucky that means you are now immune). The $400 test is different—it detects the virus’s genetic material. That test is much more labor intensive, can detect the disease earlier, and I think the best versions would be more accurate than IgG/IgM tests.
So if one is sick and not yet recovered this test won't show anti bodies and hence person won't know he's sick if asymptomatic?
My guess is May 2021
Mid May?
Mid may is what everyone is planning.

D2...daily testing? I heard tests cost $400. Who is footing the bill?
We will find out on Monday once Danaher's subsidiary, Cepheid, releases their 45min test kit.
D2 some of your ideas are a bit far fetched. Daily testing is not going to happen - not even weekly. Mid June is what some of the leadership are considering
Costs USD12.50 and only takes 10 minutes. US is on waitlist right now and the company says first batch of 300K expected to ship towards end of March. Mant US firms are copying with latest on news saying a kit which takes 45 minutes will be available for release next week.
