I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..

How are you encouraging students to DO science while remote learning? When online, most of my students stay muted and won’t collaborate. Also, most “labs” have turned into analyzing data instead of student-led.

I just joined, how can I contribute to my team/manager when I know jack sh*t? How often do I ping my boss if they need help w/ anything?
Everyone on my team is being hammered w/ projects & I feel quite bad when I'm just doing self-training & waiting for official training.
