All these layoffs reminding me that loyalty is dead

Im in internal sales.
a few years ago my company implemented a "2 pack" to my pay pay plan. Where they would deduct 200 per month to counteract minimum wage increase. Fast forward to now, it's 480 taken From commission.
Anyone else see this?

Hi i’m a first year college student, right out of high school, I live on my own off campus and I currently work at a fast food place because it works so well with my schedule, (i mostly work nights after class and weekends) i am majoring in pre-med and have no clue what job i should be doing now? Should i become a cna or a phlebotomist so i at least have a skill for the next four years? help 😭
