Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

I'd say most of this is wrong
-you're unlikely to get a sr data analyst role with your yoe
-HCOL based company will specifically pay less to remote roles
-conaultant --> product management is common. You don't need to be a new grad
What tips do you have apm1? I made it to final round for meta rpm with similar yoe but at a loss at what to do now

You're not ready to leave for anywhere yet. Stay there another year or two - trust me.

If you want to do something different, transfer internally if you can. Nobody has the pure consulting skills you'll need less than 2 years into your career to succeed without a strong network or niche expertise
Try to push for consulting in another HCOL city. Accenture has a pretty solid practice on that front. You might be able to make consultant though it depends on how well you sell yourself
Either one is appropriate in this case, but if you're looking to get a sense of WLB and the culture within the team then networking is probably easier
