1+ year into my role as a business finance consultant with EY out of undergrad (non-target school). I’m looking to pivot to mbb and feel that I could perform strongly in the interview process but given my relatively pedestrian resume (by mbb standards) I’m worried the recruiters won’t give me a chance. Is it a good idea for me to apply to an entry-level role with 1 year b4 experience? Really just testing the waters here.

Are there any good movies or novels that show skill development - like follow through? Self-management? Money management? I read a lot of self help books so I know a lot of the theory, and books peppered with examples help, but I feel like most 1 paragraph examples don’t five justice to how hard it may be to change a behavior.
