Morning jog/walk. Slightly longer, still some ice on sidewalks from a week ago.
Back today (my back has been sore but feeling better now)
I used to feel so motivated to work out and then those days where I just don’t wanna do anything. How do you guys combat that and please don’t just say oh you just have to make it a lifestyle and just do it every day like, how do you really combat it? What are your methods when it’s cold as shit outside or you’re not feeling well or the day is almost over and you already had a stressful day. How are you pushing past all of that
