2 days back I had the final round of interview with the founder, and he mentioned that I'll get update by next day (which I didn't get). Then, I connected with the HR and she mailed me that:

We should have an update for you by tomorrow our team is yet to make a decision.

I have connected with the HR as she didn't revert. She said that she hasn't gotten feedback from the team, as the founder is travelling. She will let me know by tomorrow if possible.
Do you guys think she is lying?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time.
