How does @Dentsu India interview process works? I had a total of 5 rounds After first 2 they said they are ok with me but they think I am more suitable for 2 other roles,if I want any of them they will redirect. Then I chose the second JD, i had 2 more rounds of interviews and they said they are happy with me and let the HR do their formalities. But after 3 days when I called HR, i was told they are having few more interviews with other candidates and will confirm me! Dentsu Creative

Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?
Thoughts on new M3? 😍😍

I left EY at M2 with 8 YOE for kpmg for slightly less than your Deloitte offer, which is very solid. Take the D.
.
Amazon WLB is bad. This is not a mixed opinion. It’s objectively bad. The reason they changed the stock vesting to 4 years is bc people were burning out and quitting. I know at least 2 people who had mental/stress-induced breakdowns by working there.
Yeah I heard this as well. My friend lasted 2 years before quitting Amazon media group (a better WLB group for the most part)
186k base at Amazon? I thought the highest was 165k?
NY as well
Lol I don’t make as much as a D manager :,(
$210k base as an M at Deloitte is insane. Take it. I’m M2 in Strategy practice with 9 YOE and MBA and don’t make anywhere near $210k base
Gulp
You might be coming in at top of band for m at d so raises will be limited.
Tough choice. Id probably take D though.
.
Amazon all the way .... EY —> Deloitte is moving from one dirt to another
I can only imagine that’s for Consulting M which is apparently like an Advisory SM, considering they are giving you $210k base. Not sure what service line you’re in but that sounds incredible. I am/was in Cyber at Deloitte, which is one of the highest paying service lines and Ms started around 140k
Also don’t forget that there is no guarantee that the Amazon stock (or tech in general) will stay at this value forever.
Better WLB at Amazon? My friends are miserable over there
Let us know what you decided and why. Best of luck in your decision!
Yeah, I share the opinion of some of the above D is the best offer. Best of luck!
What group at Deloitte?
What is the name of the position at Amazon? Are they looking for cloud implementation experience for this position?
If you're not already from a consulting background, I'd vote for D. Great to have 3 yrs of consulting experience for exits, from what I'm seeing. Some of us have been here longer, not planning it out well.
Come to Deloitte.
Well D must really want you. If doing implementation for the, must be really hurting after the last massive firing where they got rid of people that had marketable skill other than consulting. A 210 base for M is very high there. It sounds like M&A implementation work as tech strat or cloud doesn't typically pay that well there. Even in NYC you normally cap at about 190 there.
Cloud pays well at D if you’re experienced. 200k base was common at M level.
Growth opportunity is high at amazon and stock appreciation will be more than 15% in 4 years. So I would say amazon. But be ready for the challenge. Amazon is going to be very different from any other company to work. The comp is good for a new joinee. I recently made L5 and make 180k base. I got a 120% increment on promotion. I doubt Deloitte can do that.
He said INR - so Indian currency I believe
Go for AWS, they are the cloud leaders. You will have a better exit
How much are you making now as a Manager at EY
I interned at Amazon and loved the product work but hated the culture. Wlb was alright but comp was so-so and coworkers were trash. Wouldn't recommend Deloitte either (biased since I'm SO over client services and all my fav coworkers have left)
OP did you decide yet?
