3.9 years experience. Tech : SAP S4 HANA simple logistics and SAP ARIBA. I got a offer from SAP SDC with 14 LPA. I have my infosys interview two weeks ago, I intentionally delayed infosys process thinking they can not match the same. BUT HR told they are ready to pay 15 (10% variable) + 1 lakh JL and role as Senior Associate Consultant. Is it just a way to say NO or now a days Infosys reallreally paying so High? Really surprised even they agreed on that much.

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. I feel like every company lies about “working your way up.” You’re never allowed to blatantly say that you don’t like your position and you’d like to transition to HR or Finance. It’s almost as if once you get in claims, you’re stuck.
