5.5 YOE working as a Data Engineer in a service based org. Currently serving notice but not getting any calls/shortlisted from any product ones. Few queries:
1. Is WITCH tag a filter criteria for them? If I switch, will that still remain a factor in future? 
2. Are referrals the only way to get calls/shortlisted?
3. My resume is not stellar but even if I have 80-90% match with the requirements, I am not getting shortlisted. So, will there be any benefit from doing some personal projects?
