A lot of account managers lack self management- I notice this with my clients who operate within this practice. They become more successful identifying profits and losses once they are in proper balance their self. Knowledge of self is powerful. Account managers need spiritual advisors.

Not receiving a ton of support from my local office. Can I get staffed on an ITS project before making the transfer to get “my foot in the door,” or is that not a thing?
