A quick question guys: In a service based organisation the resources i,e engineers are billed for 8/9 hours a day so why do I see lot of service based org engineers complaining about extra hours? Are they not getting paid for those extra hours? What is the issue here! If those extra hours are not getting billed why do employers make their employees work those extra hours? Can someone please shed some light on this?

31 M 5 foot 8 200 lbs. muscular build. I want to get to 180 and know strength will take a hit. Has anyone experienced weight loss while maintaining muscle mass? Lifting 4-6 times a week for 45 mins. Cardio 1-2 times and that’s like a 15-20 min walk at most. Diet 75% vegan. How can I drop this weight?
