#stepuptothetable is about helping local restaurants who are struggling during these times. I have seen numerous linkedin posts with videos where people challenge each other to step up to the table & buy meals & gift cards from their community restaurants. A great way for those of us who are more fortunate to support business & keep people employed.

TBH i think it’s tough to compare right now vs. what WFH would have looked like pre-Covid with daycares open, coffee shops available, no crushing weight of our country falling apart and the potential to lose your job, etc....
Yep I totally agree, incomparable for sure. Just curious if others have started to burn out in a big way

I think it's from people not taking proper vacations. At least from what I see in audit. Busy season turned into lockdown and ppl postponed the usual busy season recovery vacations and it shows

Still way more productive, but yes def also working WAY more. Summer Fridays are the crutch of my mental health rn

It amazes me how leadership of big companies is gushing of how productive everyone is, and how seamless transition to WFH was, and how everything is just peachy, when in reality pipelines are drying up and people are getting increasingly demotivated and stressed.
