A recruiter at a company I applied to back in December has rescheduled my phone screening with her 4 times over the past 6 weeks. Each time she has emailed me an hour before my interview informing me that’s she’s actually OOO then schedules me a week out. This last time, 2 weeks out… at this point would y’all just say forget it? Maybe I’m trippin but this feels like a red flag. 🧐

While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first.
