Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

I'd certainly throw my hat in the ring again if I didn't turn it down just because of money or a title.

Go for it!
I wouldn’t care much what they think. If it feels better this time, I'd go for it.
Stop worrying about how your application will be perceived. If you're interested in the job and everything looks good, go ahead and apply. They were impressed enough by you to make an offer the first time around, so it stands to reason they'll be interested this time too.

I’d totally throw my name back in. Clearly they liked you if the role came back around. Life and timing change, and companies get that. No harm in seeing where the conversation goes!
When you turned it down did you not try to negotiate what you wanted? I feel like if you turned it down and they didnt counter to try get you there must be a reason. I would try again if I were you just odd that they reposted for more money if they had a candidate they wanted.
Does it pay good? If so, go for it and tough it. Titles don't matter anymore, in 2025, just pay. You can't pay bills with feelings.
