At PwC you have to be w the firm for 3 months before birth to be eligible for parental leave. Sounds like you should be ok. If you’re joining PwC feel free to DM me for more info.

Ask your recruiter for the number to HR and inquire about parental leave benefits and eligibility for them. Each of the Big 4 have their own unique policies.

Well if you won’t be due until later in the year I’d imagine you could eventually transition to virtual work and then maternity leave. Try building a strong relationship with one of your partners early on and I’m sure they’ll support it
