About to relocate to the Bay Area and need to find an apt, current TC is 300k with 180k base. For me, view and the place I live in is really important, so I would like to rent a 3.5k place I really love instead of a shitty 2k studio. What would the 1.5k delta (per month) bring to me to make me happy in the event I go with the shitty studio?
