I don’t live in Germany but have worked with the teams there many times. Like any consulting firm there, offices are scattered across major cities. I think the largest offices are Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Munich. All the colleagues I’ve worked with are top notch - seems to be a focus on DD across consumer, life sciences, and industrials.

If it’s the former OC&C folks, have only had amazing experiences with them. Interesting work done but super bright people. If it’s EY folks, would be a bit more cautious and do a lot of diligence as it can be quite a mixed bag.

Is there any insight on compensation for a senior associate for the EY-P Life Sciences team (Germany)?

like

Unfortunately no but one thing to note here is that the life sciences folks are not from OC&C, so if you’re considering a role on that team might want to do some broader diligence

Would really appreciate any guidance regarding the UK life sciences team for EY Parthenon as well.
