Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

Much of the language and terminology that we use agency-side has different meanings client-side.
Example: For brandside peeps, the color red qualifies as an “idea or concept.” For us agency folks, it’s a color.
This is too true 🤣

If you’re coming from agency side you’ll do great. Get ready to get granular.
Environments can vary greatly.
If it's a place lacking in typical agency structure, get ready for some quick turn, very deliverable/tactical oriented requests ("here's a half thought out Word doc. Can you make it into fully designed brochure by tomorrow?"). In these places, clients need very patient and friendly walk through of the process, turnaround times, which lanes are yours, and which lanes are theirs. Hopefully your dept has a clear definition of what's in scope and what's out of scope for your team.
Politics and how people feel about working with you often affect longevity more than quality of work.
That last line oof
Always remember to fill out your TPS reports
It can be a weird transition but enjoy it. I went client and it’s the first time in 20 years I’m not working 24/7 and able to not work on a holiday.
