Absolutely no growth in this firm. The office is losing clients and staff and have done nothing to recover except to lay off people. The office has over 23 empty work stations and 14 empty offices. The office is bleeding money and the raises and bonuses are well below average. The morale is extremely low and the partners have done nothing to stop the decline except micromanage the employees. The office manager is incompetent, petty and vindicative and blames the professional staff.
