Anyone tracking this?

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?

How do we get TSA Pre through AFS?
AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

For instance, I made Manager at 7 YOE as a homegrown hire from entry level (currently at 9 YOE). I manage a team of 25 people and Deputy lead two other teams of around 10 people. I'm almost never in the trenches anymore. I have 2 other Managers, 4 Associate Managers and the rest are lower levels and subks that report to me. My technical involvement is usually around guiding solutions, strategy and helping with issues as needed but my team leads and their team members are implementing everything.
That's definitely not Managers here. Lol
Managers on average are probably like 10 YOE. SMs are like 15 YOE. It's all over the place for a bunch of reasons. Most are not hands on keyboards doing development work but on some small projects they can be. Especially if they're the main SME leading a small group of Analysts/Consultants. It's project and team size dependent.
Probably depends on your speciality. We have some Managers that lead 1-2 people but it’s because they play office politics like a champ.
That's true as well. We even have some Managers who don't really manage anyone. Just technical SMEs
