Top two benefits are Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) and 401K 6% match (above avg). ESPP you can dump up to 10% of your paycheck into a fund that vest twice a year to purchase Accenture stock at 15% discount. You can sell immediately or hold. so it’s essentially a bonus.
I worked at ACN prior to D. ACNs benefits package was definitely better - the ESPP by itself was worth a ton (although the company doesn't match, it is a great discount from market price, and stock continues to outperform - this paid for my current house).
They also have better 401k matching than many, solid PTO time. Also, when looking at healthcare, it isn't just the premiums - what you get for those premiums matters. At least when I left, they had better copays/coins/deductible/OOP than the same money would buy elsewhere. Essentially ACN was covering a higher percentage of the bill.

What’s like avg cost for health insurance for folks with family and do they have end of year bonuses?
Yes to end of year bonuses and family is about $250 a month ppo 80/20 split and 3000 deductible.
